Private Events and Functions

To book out the Sugar Butter Eggs Tearoom for a private function, the cost is $1680 giving you high tea for up to 24 guests, each additional guest is $60pp and each will receive a high tea and unlimited hot drinks.
We can supply bubbly at $10 per glass (no BYO at this stage) and we can provide a fully decorated celebration cake should you need it. You can view our cake calculator here.

50% deposit is required to hold the date for your booking and the balance is to be paid 2 weeks prior to the party date.

Our High Tea package includes a beautifully presented three-tier stand with three sweet petit fours, two hot savoury petit fours, three ribbon sandwiches, and two fluffy scones with jam and cream. This also includes unlimited tea and coffee or hot chocolate.
You are welcome to play games and set up a photo area. We can provide a cake table and a gift table.
Our one restriction is no glitter or confetti on the tables or in balloons. (we’ve had a few glitter disasters!)

Please note:
Full event cancellation within 48 hours of your booking is non-refundable.
Full event cancellations 48+ hours prior to your event incur a 30% non-refundable fee.
Individual guest cancellations require 24 hours notice, or no refund will be given, but the individual high tea will be packaged for you to take home for them should you wish. (This policy refers to individual guests above the 24 minimum booking)
